I have created this blog with the intent to share the richness and diversity of Portuguese cuisine, along with my passion for food. Good food, well prepared, well cooked, with quality ingredients. I will share recipes, share my experiences with cooking (another of my passions) and share some views about the wines that made in this part of the world.
